To be a "Overcomer"

Wow, I was in Church today and they read off a list of where people might be at in their life or things they are  going through and I was astounded at all the things God has brought me through in this life's journey so far, I know I have a long way to go, but thank God I am not were I was.
 I am in a new season in my life, working a different kind of job, Kids gone, grandchildren to Love, Life has become so much more manageable now that I just do my best to let God work things out and  and trust in His will.
So what do we do to be a overcomer? Well we must have a thankful heart, Pray and most important never give up! Sometimes we can struggle for many years and still find ourself waiting for victory over something or another in our lives. It is certainly a progression on a long journey  not a one time event, I believe we will forever be learning and growing for I realize the more I know the more I know little. There is always a new level.

Light overcomes the dakness

It seems to me that darkness is always trying to cover up the light, but the light wont have it, the Light is stronger and will always eventually dispel the darkness. Unlike my early days were I always wanted everything to be fixed right now! God has matured me, (over a very long time and very  slow progression) to be able to better wait things out. To move with the tide instead of against it you might say. Gods promises are coming exactly when they are supposed to. In the interim hopefully I might just learn a thing a or two along the way. Just being avalable

I am finding a great desire to share more of my experiences, failures and trials of my life how God has been with me through them and that just maybe others will find hope and encouragement and reach out to God and each other for help. We need each other and we all need a healing touch in areas of are life or encouragement just to make it though one more day.  So today I PRAY THAT YOU FIND HOPE AND BE ENCOURAGED!

Demons and evil spirits

Shortly after being prayed for by some Christan brothers to baptized in the Holy spirit (The indwelling of the redemptive power of God to Help and Guide us on our Journey) There seemed to be a Spiritual Vail lifted I could feel the powers of good and evil in a new way. The Holy Spirit would seem to lead me to talk or say something to some one or simply to pray for a person or situation, I could now sense a spiritual warfare going on as I went about my everyday life.
